After totaling my poor 2015 4Runner, I knew I wanted another. I did some major shopping and found a great deal in MD. I was super excited about the price, I agreed to drive out to Sloane Malvern instead and same day. James had both gorgeous 2021 4Runners lined up out front when I arrived early for my appointment. James saw me in my rental car and kindly came out to greet me, which was especially nice during COVID. With no pressure, I settled on one as he assured me would happen and I had my brand new 4Runner. This was my first experience buying a new car. I was very nervous but after five minutes talking to Kevin I felt at ease.
