Buyers beware, firstly their real pricing is not anything close to the advertised price online. They pretty much tell you if you aren’t the perfect customer they add thousands to the discounted prices they s close to the advertised price online. If you’re working with Steve Seus you may as well try a different dealership. Can barely get a reply and when you do it’s very clear he is not interested in communication. Unfortunate because we were very interested in one of their vehicles but will probably just take business elsewhere. More

Lying, slimey sales people. Will lie right to your face, pretend stuff they say is in writing, then hand you a bunch of papers that aren't crap and shuffle you out the door. Fake CarFax "verbal due to COVID pretend stuff they say is in writing, then hand you a bunch of papers that aren't crap and shuffle you out the door. Fake CarFax "verbal due to COVID" where the CSM lied! Luckily got the extended warranty. Unlucky...they can keep the vehicle indefinitely while I still have to make payments!!!! And your sales guy will just ghost you as well as the CSM unless you show up and spend hours in the lobby ... possibly telling people not to buy anything from these crooks! Gives you nothing for trade in. Crappy financing. Just awful awful experience all around. Avoid at all costs... or should I say...it'll cost you more money than anywhere else to buy a car here!!! More

However, I have to say that Brandon Berg made the process painless, was entirely professional and competent, and made my 53rd car purchase since in turned 18 and good, and benign experience. He actually went out of his way to find just what we needed, after he plumbed the shallow depths of my mind to find what I wanted, the proceeded to get just that. A good car, a decent dealership, a good salesman -- what else could anyone want? More
