service department is terrible I bought a new Ram Laramie and purchased the rust proofing package along with the extended warranty. I was instructed to drop my vehicle off to the se I bought a new Ram Laramie and purchased the rust proofing package along with the extended warranty. I was instructed to drop my vehicle off to the service dept. on a Monday morning. I got there at 8 am and stood waiting for 20 minutes with a service employee sitting looking at me but would not wait on me. when he finally did ask what I needed, I told him I had an appointment to drop off my truck for rust proofing service. He said I had no appointment even though he never even asked my name. every time I tried to talk he interrupted me and became extremely rude and told me to get out of his shop. WOW!! I spent over $48,000 to be treated like a piece of trash. If you want to buy a vehicle stay away from Kimberly Car City and the Courtesy group. This dealership has no customer service skills at all! More
