Purchase of a 2015 Acura MDX We met with Steve Steele to first consider a new car purchase but decided to review the 2015 MDX vehicle that were returned from the lease program. We met with Steve Steele to first consider a new car purchase but decided to review the 2015 MDX vehicle that were returned from the lease program. Steve did a very good job of hosting us through the process. The negotiating process was handled by the F&I Manager and that experience was not handled very well. When we discussed price the his statement was the dealership did not make any money on car leases that the profit was made by Acura. As a customer I am not concerned which party makes the profit but that I get the best buy for my dollar. I believe there was room for negotiation but in the end we bought the vehicle as priced. We also had to wait 25 minutes for the for the availability of the F&I Manager to close the deal or sell us the extended warranty and the environmental protection packages; this was inefficient and others in the organization should be empowered to make this part fo the sale. Waiting to spend $40,000 with a company is not a cutomer focused prcoess. More

Purchasing a 2016 Acura MDX We were interested in replacing our 2006 MDX with a 2016 MDX. We started the process with an internet search of SC, GA, and NC dealers regarding avai We were interested in replacing our 2006 MDX with a 2016 MDX. We started the process with an internet search of SC, GA, and NC dealers regarding availability and price. Bradshaw Acura (through Steve Steele) provided prompt responses with specific pricing that was competitive with other area dealers (plus the documentation costs were much lower). We stopped by the dealership two days later and Mr. Steele provided a thorough but low pressure introduction to the car, This introduction took over an hour because of the variety of options available with the Technology package (plus our inability to grasp some concepts on the first demonstration). Mr. Steele exhibited extensive knowledge of the car's features and technologies and he took time to preset many of these features for us. However, there was no hard sell for additional equipment or extra insurance. The price was exactly as quoted on the emails and the sales process was friendly and relatively quick. We highly recommend Steve Steele and Bradshaw Acura for anyone interested in purchasing an Acura. More

In fact, my husband was involved by phone only until he was able to leave work to sign papers. Steve and JJ were informative and walked us through the process very clearly. We did not feel pressured in the least. Patience was granted as I contemplated over color (even had to walk away for a few hours!). They affirmed the importance of this decision and did not rush me. In fact, they pulled both cars side by side so I could contemplate! It was a pleasure to work with the Bradshaw team. They valued our time and made the purchase experience extremely pleasant. More

Absoluely! This is the second auto that we've purchased from Bradshaw Acura (the first being 13 years ago and we still have it!). I was met outside the dealersh This is the second auto that we've purchased from Bradshaw Acura (the first being 13 years ago and we still have it!). I was met outside the dealership by Steve Steele who was very professional and courteous. We knew what car we wanted, but had not driven one. Steve took care of that quickly, and we were sold. I thought I had done my homework regarding price. Steve beat that number by about $2 thousand! Once we agreed that this was the car, just not the color, Steve said "no problem," we'll get you what you want - and did - quickly! At delivery three days later, Mike had all the paperwork ready for my signature and the finance process was done in mere minutes. It was great! Steve took all the time necessary to explain all the "what for" and "why nots," and I departed the dealership feeling pretty confident of my ability to operate the new car! As a follow on to Steve's previously stated assistance, my wife and I took the car on a trip out of town. It was Saturday evening, just before 6PM, and we were in a church parking lot preparing to attend a 6PM wedding. My wife put her purse in the trunk, along with a couple of other items, and we tried to close the trunk. No luck! It would not stay closed. I tried every way I could think of to make the trunk stay closed. My concerns were that we were going to be late for the wedding, and I was going to have to drive 250 miles back home on a holiday weekend with my trunk open! The manual didn't have the answer. I called Steve on his cell phone. His question to me was: You didn't try to leave your key in the trunk, did you? Viola! My wife's purse contained the extra key! Problem solved!!!! That was great trouble-shooting and saved the day! Needless to say, we're very, very happy with the way we've been treated by Bradshaw Acura personnel. We'll be back! More
