Overall the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle and I have purchased many vehicles. The flexiblity ,professionalism and quick response were significanlty better than any other dealer that vehicle and I have purchased many vehicles. The flexiblity ,professionalism and quick response were significanlty better than any other dealer that I have worked with in the past. I would reccomend this dealer to my family and a friends which is the bigggest compliment that i can give. Steve Steele did a remarkable jop of explaining the featrures and benefits of the MDX. Scott Grove was eqully impressive in making the details of the paper work seamless and JJ Ordel was a great asset to help making us feel comfortable with the value of the car and the price that we were paying. I would like to thank the acura team for a gret experience! More

This is the third Accura that I have purchased from Bradshaw. Evan Lindsay was very helpful in helping me purchase the last two vehicles and was always courteous, knowlegeable, responsive, and patient Bradshaw. Evan Lindsay was very helpful in helping me purchase the last two vehicles and was always courteous, knowlegeable, responsive, and patient for questions during my visits and telephone calls. He was aware that my husband wanted the 2014 MDX, and I wanted the 2014 RDX for several reasons, but cost was a big factor. Evan suggested a demo 2013 MDX (black - the color I wanted) and compared costs for me, explained all the safety features and additional add-ons. As it turns out, my husband got what he wanted and I got a luxury vehicle with many additional add-ons that I would not have considered and that allowed me to stay in my budget as well. I would highly recommend Evan, as we have done so in the past, and the other courteous and helpful employees at Accura Bradshaw. When Evan was tied up, he asked Ken Hucker, also very knowlegeable and courteous, to assist us. On the day of purchase, JJ Jerdal expedited the paperwork and Steve Steele was able to make it a quick deal that got me in and out in a short time. Thanks also to JJ, who knew I was on a tight schedule, and Ken Hucker, for transferring my belongings to my new purchase. Everyone there was friendly, courteous, and helpful. More

I have never had a better experience buying a car! EVERYONE at Bradshaw Acura was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Particularily, Steve Steele, who focused all of his attention on us while we were his clients - from the moment we were contacted (we sent an initial Internet inquiry about an Acura TL) by Steve via email and phone, through the purchase process, new vehicle pick-up, and the phone call several days after to see if we were happy with the new car. I'm thrilled with my new Acura TL! We are very happy with the price, the trade-in value, AND the fact we didn't have to deal with anyone trying to "work" us and waste our time with "back and forth" negotiations. Quite frankly, we left another dealership (not Acura) because we were unhappy with their negotiation process. Well, that and their car didn't have a spare, the quality audio system, nor did their dealership have Steve or anyone with his professional demeanor. Of course there are many other reasons I'm so happy with my new Acura TL - the quality of workmanship, quietness while driving, the technology package, I love the exterior design, and it just "fits" me. We did trade in a vehicle but financed a portion on this new car. The process of doing the financing was amazing - no pressure to add on items, and my gosh, such a quick process! We were in and out in about fifteen minutes. Again, this was all done in a professional manner. Both my husband and I appreciate a dealership that values clients. Steve Steele was, again, very professional, and we value that quality greatly and he cares that we were happy with our purchase. We look forward to a long relationship with Steve, and Bradshaw Acura! More

This is my third TL, so I'm already sold on the brand. I had a good idea what I wanted and what my intentions were. Steve listened and delivered exactly what I asked for. The whole deal was very quick and pleasant from the initial sale through financing with JJ and Scott. The delivery process took the most time in the whole deal and it was worth it. Steve took the time to go over the tech package on the car in detail. I told Steve when I left that this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Steve and the entire Bradshaw team! More

I was considering multiple brands for purchase but after visiting Bradshaw and reading professional reviews, I settled on the RDX. It was a low pressure experience with all questions being answered in a timely fashion. Steve followed up on all my requests until I arrived at a final decision on the Graphite with Ebony interior. When he quoted a price, it was a very fair price when I compared it against other dealerships. I didn't give the top number for pricing because of the deals offered on competing brands at the time of my purchase. Nevertheless the price was fair and to be sure, my experience at Bradshaw and with the Acura brand (my first time buying Acura) was by far the most pleasant of all my new car purchases (of which I have made 14 over the years). I would definitely recommend Bradshaw and Acura to my friends...I am very, very please with the RDX. More

I love my new Acura RDX. I was a little skeptical about the mileage, but on a recent trip to the coast we averaged over 26 mpg. Everyone at Bradshaw was friendly and answered all my questions. Steve Steele took time to explain the features and do most of the setup on my new SUV. I felt like he was honest and truly wanted my business, which was not the case at some other dealerships in the Greenville area. I think I am going to enjoy my new ride for many years! More

Very good experience with Steve, the car salesman. He was very knowledgeable, very patient with me, all the questions, the multiple test drives, etc. My thoughts were, wow, this is a great place. Then was very knowledgeable, very patient with me, all the questions, the multiple test drives, etc. My thoughts were, wow, this is a great place. Then we made the decision to purchase the RDX. Things changed. It was pretty easy to reach agreement on the purchase price, but not so much on the trade-in price of my car. The back and forth, the low balling, all was very disturbing, almost insulting; the sales manager will never know just how close we were to walking away from the entire deal. We finally reached agreement. Then on to the actual purchase. We paid cash. No problem but! We kept emphasizing to the gentleman (Scott?) that this car was to be registered in my name, oh no problem at all. Yet all the documents he kept preparing had the names reversed. No problem. OK, we believed him. No problem. We were happy, we were ready to recommend Bradshaw to anyone. Then came the documents in the mail, title in my husband's name, registration in his name, all the little things like the XM info, in his name. Our 95-100% recommendation dropped to maybe 75%. We will recommend Bradshaw but with a lot of caveats and reasons to those who ask. In the end we were not very happy. We felt that once we signed, no one paid any more attention to us and our wishes. Not a good feeling to have when you are asked to recommend a dealership! We did not have this problem when we purchased our previous car from a dealership right down Laurens Road from Bradshaw. And yes, I will bring the car into Bradshaw for service, but will not hang around to chat as I would have in other places. It's funny just how the little things turn a 100% satisfied experience into a 75% or lower experience. More
