Steve cut to the chase about what would fit my budget and explained everything regarding all the fees and charges were, and of course the cars' features, as well. He actually convinced me to go for big air and get the Impreza Premium instead of the Base model trim. I was nervous about not getting the financing I wanted. Steve allayed my concerns about being rejected. I did end up getting an incredible rate for someone with a solid credit score and history, but a limited credit range and income. All told, I even got an awesome insurance rate over Steve's office phone while they slapped the plate on. Steve even hooked up and scheduled an oil change a few months down the line, and availed himself to be consulted. Steve's a real pro in satisfying car buyers, especially for me as a first time buyer. So, if you're interested in a Subaru, don't waste time. Talk to Steve. More

I had a nice buying experience for my 3rd Subaru but disappointed at not getting fully briefed for the lease -shield service contract which I purchased. Also, most disappointing was that I did not get the promised Subaru loyalty 1st month lease payment reward from the dealer as dealer claimed insufficient time to processed the paperwork. This was kind of surprising for me as I was always under the impressing that Subaru take care of their loyal customer. I have already forward email to Subaru customer service to try to get my 1st lease payment credit directly from Subaru. Let’s see if Subaru honor their advertising promise.
