Sales Consultant Steve was helpful and kind throughout the whole process of purchasing my vehicle. Steve guided me towards purchasing the Subaru Crosstrek and was 1000% correct when he mentioned that you the whole process of purchasing my vehicle. Also, he really is a decent individual overall- very honest and trusting, which made me feel comfortable, untroubled, and delighted that I was lucky enough to have him as a Sales Consultant. He definitely deserves more credit than he receives!! After purchasing the vehicle I was introduced to Michael Decosimo the Business Manager. Although there was a misunderstanding/miscommunication between Michael and I, he really took the cake in trying to make everything right. Mike is excellent in cultivating relationships with customers and building trust. The best part about Mike is that he really is a man of his word- which I am thankful for because other car dealerships really try to scam you! Overall, just needed to add that I am content with the management at Star Subaru. Even the General Manager Phil Musmacker was extremely helpful. Not only does Phil acquire all the skills an exceptional manager should have, he is also fantastic at building good working relationships with people on/at all levels. Phil and Mike both make sure that Star Subaru’s customers are problem free and most importantly happy :) Gladly would recommend Star Subaru to anyone in need of a trustworthy dealership and a forever car!
