Sales were very efficient and professional, but service was absolutely horrendous. I bought a used car there and feel the so called “safety check” was inadequate and not thorough. Their poor customer service resulted in me taking my car to another service dealership. There were multiple existing recalls on the vehicle and my car needed oil! There was no follow up when I expressed my concerns to management even though they said they would get back to me. I am extremely frustrated and concerned about the quality of their “safety checks.” I won’t ever be returning to this dealership. More
