Overall good experience - answered all questions and were very clear in detailing the pricing. And once I mentioned I was purchasing with cash, felt like tone shifted and less push to offer incentives/add-ons. Also, scheduled my pick up the next morning and still had to wait over an hour for them to finishing detailing the truck once I arrived. Otherwise, great customer service and willingness to answer questions (just wish they would have offered up more of a walkthrough on features). Thanks! More

Lack of customer service, I bought a 60k plus vehicle and it felt like I was buying a used washing machine. Total lack of any customer appreciation.
