ACURA of Valley Stream you made my dream come true. This was my first time going to this ACURA dealer. After going to ACURA of Brooklyn, where the manager was very rude, I decided to go to ACURA of Vall This was my first time going to this ACURA dealer. After going to ACURA of Brooklyn, where the manager was very rude, I decided to go to ACURA of Valley Stream, and I'm glad I did. The finance manager, Mr. Winslow Watson and the salesman, John Gianmarino were great.. They were very professional, courteous, and friendly. John sat with me and we worked on a deal that I was comfortable with. He explained everything I needed and wanted to know about the new RDX. He also listened to me which was something very important to me. I was able to trade in my vehicle and got the full value of my car. Their customer service was excellent. Thank you to Jeffrey for his knowledge of the ACURA vehicles and for taking his time to explain everything I needed to know about my new car. Thank you ACURA of Valley Stream. You guys were great. The dealership is not a good place to buy and returns cars. I need to return my MDX but no one wants to help me unless i buy another car from them. I dont need the car. Last week I visited this dealership, which I had purchased multiple cars from in the past. Previous customer service had been acceptable. However, on my most recent visit I had a very bad customer s purchased multiple cars from in the past. Previous customer service had been acceptable. However, on my most recent visit I had a very bad customer service experience.The salesperson never gave me his name, didn't show me not even one car and proceeds to sit me in an office and sell me a number. He lectures me on the difference between needs and wants. At over 40 years of age, I'm sure I know the difference. Tells me that the way I want to buy the car is wrong (I wanted a pre owned certified), but he attempted to lease me a new MDX. If you want to buy an Acura consider going elsewhere. If your looking to buy a number give Valley Stream Acura a shot but beware with them it doesn't matter how you get to the number only that you get there...right Mr. Salesman! More
