Salesman was great but then the financial aspect was sketchy. He stated “this is part of the deal” which leads people to believe it just comes with the car but NO! It was an add on warranty for OVER $6, sketchy. He stated “this is part of the deal” which leads people to believe it just comes with the car but NO! It was an add on warranty for OVER $6,000. Secondly the GAP was “included as a PNC bank thing”. NOPE it was $1,200. Management is involved but I’m still having trouble getting the paperwork sent over to cancel the warranty and GAP. More
