I was driving a 2015 Sierra Denali, and truly didn’t need to purchase a new vehicle, but I fell in love with the 2018 Sierra Denali Ultimate. I have purchased many cars from various dealerships over the past 40 years, and this O'Reilly dealership seems to understand how to treat the customer. In addition, I appreciate one's depth of knowledge in their area of expertise, and both Steven and Stuart fully exemplify this. When I walk into a dealership to purchase a vehicle, I do my homework about that particular vehicle prior to arriving. I am an educated and informed buyer. I admire and appreciate when salespeople teach me more about the vehicle. I expect that. It shouldn't be the other way around, which I have experienced at times with other dealerships and salespeople. That did not happen here at O'Reilly. I commend the team! More
