He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased, was not pushy, and was just a very down to earth, honest guy. When I went with the "go ahead" to buy my truck, the process literally took under 45 minutes, which for me was wonderful! Purchase of a pre-owned vehicle I saw on line I was looking for an SUV or extended cab pick up truck so I could trade in my 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. In the past , I would never have looked at purchasing a GM vehicle, let alone a pre-owned one. Since I had been reading and hearing commercials regarding GM's resurgence in the market and the great ratings their vehicles had been getting, I decided to look at a 2011 Buick Enclave CXL. It was loaded and had more than enough room for my family and 2 labs. I took it for a test drive with Steve Wadlin, the salesman, and it road very well, so I told them I wanted it. I traded in the old Jeep (sob, sob) and picked the 2011 Enclave the next day. So far, I have no complaints at all More
