Service center not friendly or timely When I arrived at the service department I waited at my truck for at least five minutes and no one came to greet me at my truck. I walked over to one When I arrived at the service department I waited at my truck for at least five minutes and no one came to greet me at my truck. I walked over to one of the service advisors and asked him that I needed a oil change. He said he would be right with me as soon as he took care of the lady it was parked next to me. I told him I had been there longer than her. He then said oh I’m sorry nobody greeted you and I said no they did not. He did all the paperwork and said it would be an hour. It took over two hours to get in will change totally ridiculous. When I was done he said sorry took so long one of the managers stop everyone from working and had a meeting in the middle of my oil change. Not sure how you can justify that I won’t be coming back anytime soon. My time is valuable and it should not take two hours to get an oil change. More
