Steve Wollak has been my service advisor since I bought my brand new F150 in 2010. Steve always greets you with a smile and a professional handshake. When Steve makes an appointment for you he is always on time and warns you if the task will take quite sometime and you shouldn't to prevent you from sitting around wasting your time waiting for it to finish. Steve is also very knowledgeable diagnosing an issue not once have I had to return my truck because issue wasn't fixed. I respect Steves professionalism and knowledge so much that I bring my wife's vehicle in for him to service and repair. Thanks for everything Steve More

He is the best service guy I've ever dealt with. He's very knowledgeable and so friendly... you almost feel like you're chatting with a family member. He goes above and beyond to make your visit as pleasant as possible, and when I'm ready to trade my Taurus Ltd in I feel confident in being treated just as well in sales as I have in service...I can't recommend this dealership and especially Steve in their service dept highly enough....they're the best.
