Started my career as a Product Specialist at Vernon Auto Group about 12 1/2 years ago. Talk about meeting new people, I've sold vehicles to customers all over the United States. Some customers I've never met in person, but via telephone. Best place by far in Vernon, Tx to be employed.

Quickest car deal I've ever done! I found the truck I wanted on the Internet. I had a trade-in that was done over the phone. Steve Ybarra was excellent to work with on the sale and Larry Bonner made the paperwork quick and easy. 2nd buying experience here in Nov 2014, we purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer with Steve's help. This year, in Dec. 2015, we purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram 3500. We live nearly 300 mi in Nov 2014, we purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer with Steve's help. This year, in Dec. 2015, we purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram 3500. We live nearly 300 miles from the dealership, yet Vernon was my first place to look for a new truck because they are easy & fast to work with & have great deals on their inventory. The dealership is a non-negotiable store, which is good in that you KNOW that you are getting the best deal on the vehicle, and that your haggling skills aren't being put to the test. I will say that when the Dodge had a scratch in the drivers' side window, Steve and his manager did drop the price of the vehicle to compensate for what it will cost to repair that--since they couldn't fix it that day--and cut us a check for the difference. We recommend Vernon to our friends & family. More

Good value, good service Steve made sure I knew exactly what the car was before I came to see it. He didn't play up the good on the vehicle, he actually overstated the bad. The 2007 Mustang was actually much nicer and ran much better than his description had lead me to beleive. I will come back to buy my next vehicle. More
