The staff were friendly and welcoming, but I had several serious concerns after the purchase. The vehicle was advertised as Hyundai Certified, yet after contacting Hyundai directly I was told the vehicle is serious concerns after the purchase. The vehicle was advertised as Hyundai Certified, yet after contacting Hyundai directly I was told the vehicle is not listed as Hyundai Certified. I was also presented with an additional certification-related charge at the dealership that I had not expected from the online listing. I also discovered GAP coverage in my paperwork even though I had specifically said I did not want it, and some of the documents I received after the sale were incomplete/missing pages. Communication after the sale has also been difficult, especially getting written responses by email. Friendly experience in person, but unfortunately the paperwork, certification discrepancy, and follow-up have left me disappointed. More

Avoid McGrath City Hyundai Service Center at all costs. This was, without a doubt, the worst service experience I have ever had. My car was kept here for seven days for a warranty repair. At 12:50 PM, I This was, without a doubt, the worst service experience I have ever had. My car was kept here for seven days for a warranty repair. At 12:50 PM, I received an official text message stating that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, however, my car was not ready. Instead of apologizing, the service advisor was extremely rude, aggressive, and even yelled at me, saying, "Anyone could have sent that message. I didn't send it." They refused to take responsibility for the notification sent by their own service department. To make matters worse, they initially refused to release my vehicle, claiming it was at a different facility. I was forced to wait for hours and had to pay for three separate Uber/taxi rides out of my own pocket because of their poor communication and misinformation. The staff's behavior was intimidating and completely unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a service manager or supervisor, my request was flatly denied. This service center is disorganized, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for any repairs or maintenance. More

DO NOT trust their service department. They missed letting me know about a huge nail in the middle of my tire until 8 days after my service appointment when they sent me an email stating “ They missed letting me know about a huge nail in the middle of my tire until 8 days after my service appointment when they sent me an email stating “we had recommended changing the tire due to a nail, but you had declined.” And this has happened multiple No one in the service department or management would acknowledge their mistakes/lack of communication. I do not trust my safety in my car with their care. Avoid this dealership. More
