I cannot recommend Larry H. Miller Toyota Corona as a service provider. I would tell someone to avoid it at all costs. I have been a customer since 2012 after leasing my first P Miller Toyota Corona as a service provider. I would tell someone to avoid it at all costs. I have been a customer since 2012 after leasing my first Prius from their dealership. And I continued using their service center when I leased another in 2014 and again in 2016. The Prius alerts the driver when it's time for service - every 5k miles. On my first service, the service center told me the Prius only needs new oil every 10k miles because of the fluid they use. Yet every 5k miles, I took my car for service, and every time, their technicians always seemed to find something wrong with the vehicle that cost hundreds of dollars. When I purchased their extended warranty, every 5k miles, the technicians always found things that were not covered by the plan, costing hundreds of dollars. On my recent (and last) service, I went for a 5k maintenance; after waiting two hours, the technician stated I needed my transmission and coolant flush, which cost $400. I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour, but I waited for more than that, only for the technician to "find" a hole in my radiator - that he didn't see during the three hours he had my car - that would cost an additional $1,000+ to fix. The extended warranty was worthless. And every time they found something wrong with my car, there was a "sale" on whatever service my car needed - a discount of less than 25%. (I cannot say for sure the hole in my radiator wasn't there before, but I wouldn't know it was either.) And, to make things worse, I've never waited less than three hours for my car. And their "wash" is nothing more than "spritzing" water from a hose. BUYERS BEWARE! More

Number one in customer service. They repair my car in one day and I was blessed when they gave me a rental vehicle because they had to keep the car overnight. Service department is excellent. Sales is horrible. Price gouging and make you put deposit on vehicle and when it comes in tell you that price is no longer available after waiting 2 Sales is horrible. As with most dealers now a days they wanna get as much of a mark up on the vehicle regardless if they loose a customer. Sorry but I wouldn't buy a car ever again from this dealership. I would also recommend that those guys up front who gouge the payments in their little booth go take a corse on earning repeat long term customers. I hope you made a fortune off the one car you marked up while losing a costumer who frequently buys cars. More
