Steve Avelar was our point man from the minute we arrived, and assured us he would take care of everything we would require while dealing with the service dept. We had the Master Cyl. ABS. system cra arrived, and assured us he would take care of everything we would require while dealing with the service dept. We had the Master Cyl. ABS. system crash out of the blue no warning, no brakes. Steve sat us down and explained the next steps, and then proceeded with diagnosis in service. After diagnosis we needed a bit of work done, that required the vehicle to spend the night. Steve explained pricing of parts and labor, then offered up what he could for discounts, as my wife and I are seniors on a very fixed income. Also allowed us a repayment schedule that we were able to do. Then after all that good news, Steve and Toyota Management drove up a rental car so we could go home until car was repaired. "WOW" Talk about service! Do not go to any other Dealer Ship Larry H. Miller Toyota of Corona is by far the best We have ever delt with. Thats why their rated #1 for satisfied customers im sure. Everything went perfect, picked up vehicle and went home very happy with the whole experience.
