Fluid and easy transaction I reached out to Wilsonville Toyota right before they were about to close on a Thursday evening. I spoke with Mindi, who was VERY helpful and answered I reached out to Wilsonville Toyota right before they were about to close on a Thursday evening. I spoke with Mindi, who was VERY helpful and answered all of my questions in a concise and sufficient manner. She told me that a sales rep would be in touch the next day. Sure enough, I received a call from Steven Bailey the next morning. We then began working through the steps in order for me to purchase a used Tacoma. It was easier than I could have imagined. Steven was on it all day and flexible with my short time frame. I advised Steven that if he could get me a quote via email with all of the information I needed that I would fly up the next day from California to come pick up the vehicle. Steven made it happen and with no xxxxxxxx. He was straight forward and addressed all of my needs, questions, and concerns. The next morning I showed up and looked at the truck, signed the paperwork, and within an hour I was driving back to California. Like I said, it was easier than I could have imagined. Great dealership, no xxxxxxxx, and Steven's an excellent part of your team, I cannot recommend him enough. Give this man a raise. More

He promptly brought the car we were interested in to the front of the dealership and we did a test drive. He worked with us through the entire procedure and except for that" big loan" we signed for, made it almost painless. Great Quick Service I visited Willsonville Toyota at the end of September. After being a long standing customer with Toyota of Portland I recently had a HORRIBLE customer service experience with them and I was looking for a new Toyota dealership to service my vehicle, I am on my 4th Toyota, and lease my next vehicle from. I received nothing but great customer service from my first visit to get my Corolla serviced in September and the great customer service continued when I traded in my vehicle this last week for a new Rav4. Steven Bailey was the sales associate I worked with and he was very kind and knowledgeable. I was able to get the lease payments I wanted and Steven was very helpful and patient with me going over ALL the options I asked to see for payments. The selection of vehicles was great, the only item that I wanted that was missing on my new Rav4 Steven was able to have added on for me. Thanks so much Steven and the Willsonville team. Steven went above and beyond I worked with Steven Bailey to get a leased car for me and my 10-month-old baby early this week. I needed a lot of help as I hadn't driven for over fo I worked with Steven Bailey to get a leased car for me and my 10-month-old baby early this week. I needed a lot of help as I hadn't driven for over four years. I didn't even have an auto insurance at the time of signing the papers. Steven went above and beyond in assisting me to get everything done right, from delivering my vehicle to my address after work to helping me get an auto insurance from scratch by talking to the insurance agent over the phone for a long time and answering all my questions with great patience as I was clueless about the business. Toward the end, he even helped me by holding my baby when I was signing the papers, for by this time my baby had become very fussy and cranky due to the long tedious session of getting my insurance in place and the paperwork done. When everything was set and done, it was already very late into the evening before he could go home to his pregnant wife.
