Steve Bollman was my sales agent. He was very nice and I appreciated that he was not pushy and he went out of his way by picking me up and bringing me to the dealership. This was my first time at a dealership. I was incredibly nervous about the experience and being pushed to buy a bunch of different things. However this was the best & smoothest experience. Darren showed me around my new car and explained the technology to me. He was funny and kind and made the process enjoyable. I really like this about Subaru's process; that they take the time to show you the basics of your car before sending you on your way. They even offer a 1 hour course on the in's and out's of your car that is provided in more detail. Overall my buying experience was pretty great. More
