I was so nervous to buy a new car; my husband and I went to a few different dealerships but wasn't impressed. We went to Subaru, and the customer service was beyond my expectations. Steve was amazing! He is to a few different dealerships but wasn't impressed. We went to Subaru, and the customer service was beyond my expectations. Steve was amazing! He is extremely easy to talk to and very approachable, especially with questions. He worked with our financial situation and got us an amazing deal. The whole staff is incredibly nice, and explain everything so well! Highly recommend! More

When my fiancee and I decided to start a family, we knew that investing in a safe car was a must. As such, we decided to visit the Subaru Superstore. Immediately Steven was extremely courteous and patient w that investing in a safe car was a must. As such, we decided to visit the Subaru Superstore. Immediately Steven was extremely courteous and patient with us when we were deciding on which SUV to buy. He took the time to understand our needs and was able to find the perfect car without much hassle. Never did he pressure us into buying anything we did not want to. Mark in finance explained everything in detail and the whole process was quick. When our kids grow up and need a new car we will take them to this dealership. More

I've always loved this dealership and my recent WRX purchase just bolstered my high opinion of them. One of the few dealerships where you won't feel like they are jumping down your throat trying to mak purchase just bolstered my high opinion of them. One of the few dealerships where you won't feel like they are jumping down your throat trying to make a sale ASAP. This was the fourth vehicle that my family has purchased from this dealership and they are very much about rewarding customer loyalty. My father lives in North Phoenix and still goes here to buy his next Subaru (and he hates long drives). If you are buying a Subie in the greater Phoenix area, go here. More
