I was a little put off by the floor manager yelling a few times in the sales section, startling all of us in the service wait area. Never found out why he was yelling across the room. "You deserved it!" Then, later, he approached me and tried to sell me a new car. Made me uncomfortable. However, the service department has a well-established process and workflow. Clean facility, so I will be back for my next service. More

When I first went to your service center 2 years ago, I wanted a price on fixing my daytime running lights.
