Frustrating. I don't think the dealership had the Title processed from the previous owner before placing it on the lot. So it took an extremely long time to get I don't think the dealership had the Title processed from the previous owner before placing it on the lot. So it took an extremely long time to get the title to me, because they were still in process of the previous title change. They were rude to me bc I didn't choose to finance through them and they kept walking away repeatedly and seeming to drag their feet. When I would call about an update to the title, they would say... Well it would have been an easier process if you would have financed through us. Instead of the truth. And I was never transferred to the department that handles titles. Ugh. More

My salesman was very polite, professional and went above and beyond for us. His name is Chase Rose. Was please with sales and with service, Not crazy about the finance man I worked with, tried to intimidate and beyond for us. His name is Chase Rose. Then pressured me to sign a contract on a vehicle that was not on the lot for another week and a half, sight unseen. Other than that I was well please with Chase and the dealership as a whole. Steven only filled in once while my salesman’s day off. No opinion on him. More
