From the moment I first reached out for additional photos, Mitchell was extremely responsive. I met with Mitchell who had Stephen work with me to show me the truck, test drive, and run the numbers. It was a quick negotiation as the RAM 1500 was well priced in my estimation and research. Fair offer on my trade-in and no let's talk to manager shenanigans. Ghulam took me over the options educating me on protections available to me without high pressure sales. Financing was straight forward. I arrived in the morning and left that afternoon with my used RAM. Stephen was so wonderful a person and very helpful the whole time...even let me know of a great lunch place nearby while I waited. I'm going to do another deal here again in the near future with my other vehicle when the time comes. Thank you so much. I dread buying vehicle with the slick backed suited up folks who I feel are just trying to stick it to me and laugh at me behind the walls. Not so here!!!
