I brought my 2018 CRV in for a recall repair of my fuel pump and in return, got back a CRV with a bad fuel pump replacement and new electrical issues. I brought it back, they owned up to botching the fuel pump repair but refused to accept they messed up with the electrical issues, despite a trusted mechanic proving they’re at fault. After having the car all day and refusing to fix my electrical issues, I went to get my car to bring somewhere else and the car wouldn’t start. Someone had to come and jump my car for me. Do not go here. They are nothing but scam artists. More

Steven Ferchak was excellent. He listened to my concerns, was thorough and most of all his communication was perfect. He promised to call me the day I dropped off the vehicle. He listened to my concerns, was thorough and most of all his communication was perfect. He promised to call me the day I dropped off the vehicle. I heard from him later that day. He informed me that the vehicle was checked out and was part of a recall. He let me know the part was in stock and it would be completed within 1-2 days. Next thing I know, Steven called me the next day, informing me that the job was complete, there was no charge and the time that the vehicle could be picked up till. Perfect, from start to finish. I will certainly be looking to come back to Babylon Honda and look for Steven again in the future. More
