Mike, in parts, has also been very helpful especially in recommending replacement tires. We have been very happy with his suggestions and we’ve bought 4 sets of tires over the years. always a good experience. More

fast response I brought my 2013 Ford escape in because of a engine Fault light. I dropped off my car on Sunday without an appointment and to my surprise the servic I brought my 2013 Ford escape in because of a engine Fault light. Perfect Job! I came in unannounced with a flat tire and spoke to Stephen Freeman, the Tech writer. He was able to take my car in immediately , the mechanic plugged I came in unannounced with a flat tire and spoke to Stephen Freeman, the Tech writer. He was able to take my car in immediately , the mechanic plugged the leak (a wall board screw was the culprit!). Unfortunately I did drive while the tire was leaking air and damaged the tire itself, but not the rim! Steve indicated they could have a tire for me the next day.He gave me choices as to what I could do, but I decided it was safer to replace the tire, than wait to see if it would blow out due to the other damage I caused. The next day, I called at 8:30 am, although the tire was not in as of yet, Stephen indicated they would call me back as soon as it arrived.True to his word I received a call.They had either at 10am or 12:15 pm slot available. I chose the 12:15pm slot. Tire was replaced, mounted, balanced and I was in and out of Walls in approx 1/2 hour! Excellent service! I so appreciate the professional and technical care I recieved fro Walls Ford! I had also gone to BJS and their price was approx. $20.00 cheaper than Walls but the time and amount of gas I would of had to spend getting there and back was alot more. SO glad Walls Ford was there for me. More

A good experience working with Steven I came in for an oil change, and had the Service Department to go over the whole truck.
