I highly recommend Wall's Ford for Service. Both Bob Jordan's and Steve Freeman's service was exceptional. At a time when it has become commonplace for businesses to provide average service at best, Bob and Steve's communication and professionalism should be recognized and commended. Unfortunately, I did not have a similar experience with the Sales part of Wall's Ford. An appraisal request for my vehicle was $4,000-$5,000 below 3 other car stores in the area. Seeking a better offer, I asked the person to get back to me and they never did. A week later, on a Wednesday morning at about 11:00, I looked at cars in Wall's showroom. After approximately 15 minutes of not being approached by anyone for assistance, I left. Bob Jordan and Service receive 5 stars. Sales receives 1 star for blow a sales opportunity. More
