After picking up my car, I met with Steve, who always goes over everything with me. He not only did that this time, but inspected my car for the body work and fully assisted with getting my rebates offered for tires and brakes! They worked with me on my trade and got me into my dream vehicle for a monthly payment i was looking for. The Sales manager Luis was also a big help in this process because of helping me out with the trade. The service advisor, Steven, showed me how everything worked in the vehicle and answered all of my questions. He stayed very patient with me. Upon arrival check in is quick, efficient, and never do I feel a stranger; service rep always is up on the latest information on my car's history. Since purchasing my car I have returned to the Service Dept at Wall for all routine maintenance and have continually been impressed with the quality of workmanship and service performed by Wall.
