I’m a lifetime member of their “free” oil change and general checkup plan. That plan has worked out great. I didn’t have an appointment, but arrived when they first opened. I bought a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan from Steve Blue on March 24, 2021. I was told that the vehicle had been inspected and that the oil and filter had been changed. When I picked the vehicle up on Friday, March 24, 2021. I was told that the vehicle had been inspected and that the oil and filter had been changed. When I picked the vehicle up on Friday, March 26th, I asked about a spare tire. I was assured that the spare tire was under the front section of the vehicle. I did not crawl under the vehicle to make sure. I drove it down to Pasco the following Monday and two of my brothers checked it out. The oil and oil filter were filthy, air filter was disgusting and there was no spare tire! I was definitely lied to by Steve Blue. I have tried to contact him via email serveral times but he has not answered me back. The missing spare tire and assembly parts is a big issue. I am commuting around 300 miles on a regular basis. I want to feel safe when I am out on the road. My issue with Steve Blue is that once he sold me my vehicle he didn't or doesn't want to deal with any follow up issues. A very disappointing experience on my part. More

Steven Greene Acted in a Racist Manner I visited the dealership yesterday and I have been for years. When I went to pick up my car I was greeted by Steven and he told me he would be with me I visited the dealership yesterday and I have been for years. When I went to pick up my car I was greeted by Steven and he told me he would be with me shortly and continued working in his computer for about five minutes and then another person came in, an older white male, and Steven cordially started helping him and ignored me and didn't acknowledge my presence. I think because of my race he ignored me and did not greet me in the same way and I felt like it was a racist action on his part. The other service person realized what happened and said he would help me right away and he did but Steven never apologized or said anything when I asked why he refused to help me. The other service person was apologetic but the apology needed to come from Steven. The motto for the company is to make me feel like part of the family but if felt like I was back in the pre civil rights era. More
