The professional experience received on 1st visit This was my second visit to Findlay Cadillac. Mr. Hoffman greeted me both times, asked if I'd to test drive the CT-6, to which I replied not necess This was my second visit to Findlay Cadillac. Mr. Hoffman greeted me both times, asked if I'd to test drive the CT-6, to which I replied not necessary, as I had decided that the CT-6 was the vehicle I was interested in leasing. He stated that he has the perfect car for me, and walked me to the indoor display area, and boy was he RIGHT! The buying process was the best I can remember, when buying a new car, I was treated as if I was an old and loyal customer. I'm happy to share, I drove my new Cadillac home that very day! I see myself as a Findlay customer, for as long as I live in the Las Vegas area, and will refer anyone looking for a new or preowed Cadillac to Steve, without reservation. More

I highly recommend you call Steven at 702-558-2600 if you are in the market for a new or used car. It doesn't have to be a Cadillac: We bought a Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab Pick Up. We had visited several dealers before stopping by Findlay Cadillac (including CarMax). I asked Steven what the lowest price was that they would take for the truck. I explained to him that I didn't want to waste anyone's time going back and forth (like they do at some dealers). Steven was accommodating, attentive extremely professional. He was a joy to work with. I told him that if the price was right, that we were ready to buy. He came back with a fair price, we test-drove it and bought it. My trade-in literally died in their parking lot when I pulled in (battery/alternator?), but they used the quote that I received from CarMax for my trade-in. I also want to give a shout-out to the Finance Manager Chris Martinez. He explained what my different upgrade options were and got me a kicking deal on an extended warranty. Believe it or not he asked me what kinda features was I was looking for, I must have only got two words out and he said, "I've got the perfect car for you. Let me pull it around and you can take a look." He pulled the car around. I took a look, and it was exactly what I was looking for specifically in features, and more. First car I looked at was the one I bought. Of course he showed me other cars to look at as well. But I still bought the first car I looked at. Anyways, if your going to buy a Cadillac.
