I was in the process of moving to Florida so I was in and out of state, but he kept me in the loop through calls/texts, just enough without being overbearing, which I really appreciated. I flew back to Ohio to do my signing with Steven and my financing with Holly (my new bff). Holly helped me so much and made everything easy to understand. She gave me great financial advise, told me to call her if I ever had questions, and even helped me name my car! Overall, I had an incredible experience from start to finish and my car is being shipped to Florida as I type this, thanks to Steven. The Ganley team are a great group of people, very polite with great customer service, who help you get a beautiful car for the best possible price. The car I bought was not prepped very well. Something was trying to nest in the engine compartment as I pulled several handfuls of straw from there.
