Highly dissatisfied!!! I bought a 2020 Escalade from here on April 5th still do not have my tag, title and paperwork completed. Everyone passes the buck and blames someone else with no answers! I have spent on April 5th still do not have my tag, title and paperwork completed. Everyone passes the buck and blames someone else with no answers! I have spent $65k on a vehicle that I can’t even drive because I don’t have a tag for it! I have reached out several times and it’s always someone is going to call me back and yet they never give a solution…. I will never recommend this dealership and will let everyone I know hear my story! More
