Well, I don't have much to say because my car was a gift and I didn't have to deal with the dealership much BUT the person that did said Shawn was great. Also, when I went to pick up the vehicle, Kenny was and I didn't have to deal with the dealership much BUT the person that did said Shawn was great. Also, when I went to pick up the vehicle, Kenny was awesome at going over the paperwork and Steven was especially knowledgeable on training me on all of the vehicle instruments. Thank you all!! More

Satisfied customer I contacted several Land Rover dealerships in search of a new Land Rover to lease. From the beginning, Land Rover Ocala answered my questions transpa I contacted several Land Rover dealerships in search of a new Land Rover to lease. From the beginning, Land Rover Ocala answered my questions transparently.and showed a desire to earn my business, without becoming pushy. Although it took two visits, we negotiated an appropriate deal. I commend Steve for wisely recognizing that the first vehicle I test drove was indeed the right vehicle for me. Sometimes listening is the most important skill in selling, and Steve knows how to listen. I'd also like to commend Sean for his his patience and thoughtful approach to sales negotiation, which allowed us to reach an agreement even when other managers (or customers) would have given up. Well done. More
