That is why I was pleasantly surprised that my shopping experience at Honda Windward on September 24, 2018 turned out to be fun and memorable (in a good way). Today I'm a happy owner of a 2019 Honda HR-V -- thanks in no small part to Kelsea Kim, Joey Springel and, especially, Steven Ingledue.
