I brought my 2018 F-150 to Sunrise Ford for collision repair on the front bumper and hood. I figured who better to do the repair than Ford. Everyone one I dealt with was very helpful and professional. The repair involved a new front bumper, dent repair on the hood and repainting of both. I had replaced he fog light housing on on the passenger side. The fog light housing on the driver side was cracked and damaged from Turnpike resurfacing. I had a NEW housing I had purchased but had not yet installed it. I had it in the truck and told 2 people I was dealing with to use the NEW housing when doing the bumper repair. I did not look closely enough at the bumper when I picked up the truck and only noticed when I got home that they put the old, cracked housing was reinstalled. I looked for the NEW housing I told them to use for the repair and it was not in the truck. Upon a closer inspection of the bumper installation, I noticed that the rubber pieces between the top of the bumper and the stone deflector panel were installed on one side and were missing on the other. It was astonishing to me that whomever did the bumper installation could install that bumper with all the parts on one side and not the other and think that was good work. Very disappointing. More
