I live in Lowville NY and enjoy racing dirt bikes in the summer and riding snowmobiles on the Tug Hill during the winter with my son. I bought my car from Waite Toyota during the covid-19 epidemic. This was the best experience at buying a vehicle that I have ever had. From the receptionist to the salesperson to one of the owners Sons t epidemic. This was the best experience at buying a vehicle that I have ever had. Steve Malbouf was awesome throughout the process. I authorized the order of my Tacoma on 12/31/19. Apparently I had a unique configuration and the dealership had to do some significant legwork to get m authorized the order of my Tacoma on 12/31/19. Apparently I had a unique configuration and the dealership had to do some significant legwork to get my order placed successfully. Throughout it all, Steve kept me informed. My truck was built March 9th and arrived at the dealership during the Covid-19 restrictions. Waite Toyota and Steve worked with me to allow me to take delivery of my Tacoma on April 2nd, while still following social distancing precautions. I am loving this truck! More
