Steven was born and raised in northwest Missouri. He is a hunter and an all-around nice guy. He has always been involved in the auto industry in some form, mechanic, selling parts and now as a Service Advisor at Tri State. Steven has worked at Tri State since 2010. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Replace mirror They just installed a new mirror which I bought from them so they made money on the part and on the labor which is to be expected. They charged $44.50 for 1/2 hour of labor that is $89 per hour. Then they added $4.45 for shop supplies. There were no shop supplies used this is just another way for them to screw the returning customer. I may never go back to them again for anything. They should have kept Dallas Berry in service and it would have been twice as good. More

I have been having my 2011 ford f150 serviced here for a year and a half. I had a warranty problem took it to the dealer where I purchased it and they told me "there's nothing wrong" not satisfied I took i year and a half. I had a warranty problem took it to the dealer where I purchased it and they told me "there's nothing wrong" not satisfied I took it to Tri State, it took them only minutes to find the problem. Needless to say, Kenny and Steven now do all my service, I needed to up grade to a f250 so I went to where they supply service. I ment Jesse told him wwhat i was looking for. Oh yes they had it and he was SUPER to work with abd made trading for the RIGHT PRICE easy. The finance dept. got me the lowest rate i was quated any where. Mr Hill has put a team together that that no other dealership can come close to. More
