The $4.45 is a standard fee that all shops charge to recover to cost of shop supplies and materials that are required to perform a repair on a vehicle. This fee has been in place for at least 15 years now. These fee's were hidden in the cost of labor for many years but federal government requires that any fee's "Must" be disclosed to the customer. This is not anything new, Dallas Berry had these fee's charged on repair orders when he was employed here as well. We apologize if you do not agree with normal fees required to properly perform repairs at our dealership.
