This is undoubtedly the best service center I have ever been too. I never have to wonder about what is being done to any of my vehicles as the work that is needed is always explained in detail and I never been too. Tri-State was running a black Friday special on their oil changes. My daughter and I took both of our vehicles in. They were quick and very efficient. I am glad that they do a complete check when they cha changes. My daughter and I took both of our vehicles in. They were quick and very efficient. I am glad that they do a complete check when they changed the oil, we found out that my daughter's tire was bad. To some this is not what you want to hear, but to a mother and father and safety of their child - this means a lot. Thanks for taking the time to check things over. The oil change special was great, I hope they do this again. Thanks for everything - I would highly recommend them. I purchased my car 1 year ago - a 2010 Ford Fusion - I love it :) More

I come back to tristate not just because I like ford vehicles. It's really because the people there do what they can to help all the way from service department to sales.
