While camping in Missouri in the early Summer of 2021 we realized that we needed a pick up truck to haul our ever growing camping equipment. From the foothills of the Ozark I sent Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney and message online and quickly got a response from Steven Meece. Steven was very flexible and met with us to go over options for a new 2021 Toyota Tundra. From the get go Steven was very warm and friendly and took out us out on a test drive. At the time we did not know what all our needs and wants were in a pick up truck and I proceeded to continue my research. Steven was completely understanding and was there to answer any and all questions. After much research we decided that we would wait for the 2022 model year Toya Tundra. Steven was there to walk us through the process of placing us on the waiting list for the Tundra. Anytime Steven got any new information about the unveiling of the new model year he kept me up to date. When it came time to pick from allocations, Steven never pressured us into taking something that we were not comfortable buying and went above and beyond to find us the Tundra model and features that we had requested. I can confidently saw that I have never had such an outstanding sales experience. In the past I have always left dealerships with a sour and disappointed feeling despite driving off the lot with a new car. From the time we just started to browse and research to delivery, Steven was on our side wanting to help in any way possible. I can go on and on talking about all the things he did to help!
