I received good, cordial service from Steven Murillo. The wait was typical for a dealership service department—slightly on the long side. As part of the service, I bought two new tires, but the service t The wait was typical for a dealership service department—slightly on the long side. As part of the service, I bought two new tires, but the service technician forgot to reset the TPMS feature. As a result, on my way to work that night, I received a "Low Tire Pressure" warning light on my dashboard. I attempted to get a ride from their Shuttle service, but I received the same response I've gotten in the past: "The shuttle is dropping a few customers off, check back later." Which makes me wonder whether they genuinely offer a Shuttle service. I have patronized the Valley Stream Honda service department, and at their location, when the Shuttle was busy, they provided me with an Uber car service ride. On a previous visit, I received a 10% First Responder discount from Manager Gregory Andrews. However, during this visit, I only received a 5% discount from Steven Murillo. I appreciate the discount, but I was disappointed it wasn't 10%. More

Very displeased , Very disappointed with my experience here at millennium honda. I received notification of a airbag situation and brought the car into millennium Honda. Was told it w with my experience here at millennium honda. I received notification of a airbag situation and brought the car into millennium Honda. Was told it would take approximately 2 hours. At the same time they told me that my car had timing belt tensioner leaking and the water pump need to be replace so I said ok do it. I left my car stayed overnight in the dealer for repair. Next morning I came to pick it up. I found out that the dashboard trim was not placed it back the was supposed to be I told the inservices advisor about the problem and he had them take the car back to the shop to fix it. After 5 mins the mechanic came back with the car and told me that there is nothing that he could do it about it even replace it for a brand new dashboard trim it will be the same. Then I had it to take my car to a much professional people to fix that and some other some other issues like the messed up my headlights , they forgot to connect some cable inside cars ‘s engine . total a mess. Was not the first time that this happen to me at that dealership.. The service advisor was nice he wants to help me with that problem and had to take back the car for repair but I was afraid that something new would happen. I did not want more headaches. I told him I will go but I never did no time anyway. I will never go back . More
