My Advisor So I was a lil skeptical about dealing with Honda for service because of the things I heard but I have made my own opinion. I brought my car to Honda So I was a lil skeptical about dealing with Honda for service because of the things I heard but I have made my own opinion. I brought my car to Honda because it wouldn't start. Thanks to the heavenly gods I was place with Steven. Steven has such outgoing personality, great customer service, patience, and he's always there to help and when I called he answered. He got in touch with my warranty company and made things happen. He saw that I was really stressed about my car and he was really caring he got me a loaner car so that I wouldn't be with out transportation. On my next visit I will be asking for him. Honda needs to really give him employee of the month and a raise because he never let me feel like I was bothering him. Thank you again Steven More

Help When I Needed It I was an out of towner on Long Island when my Honda CRV became disabled. I called the closest Honda dealer, in Valley Stream, NY, and was told that t I was an out of towner on Long Island when my Honda CRV became disabled. I called the closest Honda dealer, in Valley Stream, NY, and was told that they had no time to look at my car that day. When I then called Millennium Honda, Steve Murillo, a service agent, understood my immediate need and told me he would take care of me that day. My car was towed to Millennium. Although it took a while to diagnose the problem, Steve gave me updates as I waited. While waiting, I witnessed many interchanges between customers and agents, and I was very impressed by how respectfully and compassionately everyone was treated. Dealer Service I stopped in to the dealer without an appointment due to a problem I was having with my 2015 Honda CRV. The issue, while not safety related , was a b I stopped in to the dealer without an appointment due to a problem I was having with my 2015 Honda CRV. The issue, while not safety related , was a bit outside the box, by aggravating nonetheless. Steven Murillo, the Service Advisor listened patiently, understood the problem and resolved same. He handled it professionally and had my car back to me within 90 minutes. Moreover he noted a recall and handled that as well. It is refreshing to deal with someone who owns the problem from beginning to end. More

Poor Service I had made an appointment on 10/22/16 for a service. I have a CR-Z 2015. (I had a late night flight from Dallas the Friday night so you know I'm extr I had made an appointment on 10/22/16 for a service. I have a CR-Z 2015. (I had a late night flight from Dallas the Friday night so you know I'm extremely tired). My appointment was for 1pm. Steven told me there was a recall for an airbag if it was in stock he would have them install it I said ok. he called me to say that I was at the 15,000 mileage and I need to change my filters I told him it would have to wait until 10/28/16 when I get paid I'll come back. I went and took my seat maybe about an hour he came to me to say they technician said the filters were extremely dirty and I need to change them. I looked at him first "sir I just told you I had no money on me (I had $50.00 on my card) and of course he was being very adamant that I can come up with the money, where was I to get it? I told you I don't have the money next week I'll come back. half an hour later he came back ok you need to pay $10 and here is your keys I looked I told these are not my keys. He was like yes its yours isn't your name Helen? No sir my name is MaryAnn Treasure!!!! I sat down again for another 20mins, then he came with my keys. On my way driving home I notice my steerings all chipped up and scratch up and it looks so disgusting. How could someone do this and Steven never said anything to me. I took the pictures sent to him in his email I also sent them to Mr. Warrell Wilson (who helped me get my car last year 12/9/15 he was so wonderful). Today is Wednesday and Steven has not called to acknowledge ok Mrs. Treasure sorry for what happened so this is what we going do? One bad apple can spoil the bunch this is my first encounter. I have been coming here and never been treated like this. More

Service with a smile! I've only visted the service center in Hempstead, NY twice since purchasing my vehicle in January, 2016. Funny thing is, I didn't get my vehicle from I've only visted the service center in Hempstead, NY twice since purchasing my vehicle in January, 2016. Funny thing is, I didn't get my vehicle from this location due to a dealer that simply didn't think I was serious about the purchase (Oh, well... still love my 2016 Accord!). Nevertheless, I decided to take a chance and use the service center because it's located walking distance from my home. On both vists, I was not disappointed! Steven Murillo, Service Advisor, took real good care of me. He greeted me with a smile and checked on me often as well as his other customers.
