Ultimate Service!!! Steven was my service representative and he was Fantastic. He insured that I was updated with the status of my car via phone. He ordered me a shuttle bus to the mall so I didn't have to wait in the service center. In addition to that he went out his way to come pick me up so I didn't have to take a cab back...wow! When I arrived back at the service center my car was ready to go and washed! I payed quickly and he provided me with all my paperwork I needed for my vehicle? More

Told I was covered 100%, not true Told me the service was covered 100% no out of pocket expense. Gave me a loaner for the day. Return the next day and told the service is not covered Told me the service was covered 100% no out of pocket expense. Gave me a loaner for the day. Return the next day and told the service is not covered at all. Wasted my time to return the loaner and get my car back the next day with no satisfaction. Steve never really checked I guess to see if the parts are covered in the first place. The service manager was of no service at all. Did not even offer a discount on the parts More

Requested job was not done and got charged for that. Went to the dealership in April 14th and explained what job need to be done on my car. There three items was on my list . And I got charged for $471 Went to the dealership in April 14th and explained what job need to be done on my car. There three items was on my list . And I got charged for $471.00. According to the service advisor I came to know all requested job was done. I made the payment and left from the dealership but on my way i noticed that still I have the same issue what I had before. Following morning I went back to the dealership and I wanted to contact with mechanic who did the job. And the mechanic confirmed that he did two job which was he changed all the spark plug and replace the drive belt. Then I asked him what about the other job that is "fuel system clean up" and he said he didn't work on that. Then I went back to the service advisor and asked why the requested job was not done and I got charged for it? And the answer was from him " the mechanic didn't know that but he did the job." Yesterday I went to another dealership and asked for the same service and they did it and my problem is over now. And they confirmed this job was never done before. This is how mellinium Honda is cheated their customer to make money. I tried to contact service manager of mellinium Honda but failed to contact even after leaving a voice he didn't call me back yet. Finally I made a report to American Honda and they filed a case. So for other customers like me please if you are there for any job and before you make payment you should check with mechanics for job which was listed. More
