During the purchase process I was initially given a quote that included extended maintenance for over $3,000, which I did not ask for or want. Interestingly, in the finance meeting with Julius I was offered that included extended maintenance for over $3,000, which I did not ask for or want. Interestingly, in the finance meeting with Julius I was offered the same extended maintenance for about half the price. Again, I did not purchase, but reflected poorly on the dealer and the overall purchase process. More
