When we got to the dealership, we were impressed by the massive building and seemingly endless supply of cars available. We were immediately greeted by the receptionist and offered a beverage and a comfortable seat. Within just a few minutes, Ron Marvo introduced himself to us and brought us outside to see two Audi Q5's chosen by Steve Raducha, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager. Both cars exceeded our expectations. As we test drove them. Ron impressed us by his knowledge of the ins and outs of the Audi Q5. He offered to show us other cars to test out but it wasn't necessary. We bought the first one we took out. The purchasing process was remarkably easy. We then spoke with Sean and he offered us several different Multi Option Protection Plans, we chose the one that was best for us. While we were going through the purchasing process, we had the pleasure of meeting Rich Majewski and Mike Castoria, and, of course, Ron remained engaging through out the process. This felt more like a reunion of old friends than a business transaction. We walked away from the dealership feeling great and knowing we got a more than fair deal. On pick up day Ron took a lot of time to make sure that I was comfortable driving out of the dealership with my Certified Pre-Owned Audi (although I defy anyone to be able to tell it was not a brand new vehicle; the detailing was beyond excellent). He very patiently went through each item on the dashboard (sometimes more than once). After dealing with everyone we met at the dealership I would encourage anyone who is considering a new or previously owned Audi to make sure you come to Ray Catena Audi Freehold. More

Dealing with all involved was a very pleasant experience. They went out of their way to expedite the sale as quickly as possible to take our new car home that day. Ron showed us all about our Q5. His knowledge of the vehicle was very impressive and he asked that we call anytime if we need help. All in all our experience was great and we would highly recommend this dealership and an Audi. We love our new Q5. More
