This is a follow up comment, Jason the service manager called me back and looked up some past repairs. He realized that one of the repairs was duplicated by mistake. I initially came in for service on my 2016 Optima. While I was waiting for another warranty item to be repaired and have an oil change and tire rotation I ran into Bill shallow again who had previousl While I was waiting for another warranty item to be repaired and have an oil change and tire rotation I ran into Bill shallow again who had previously given me his card. Since I had quite a bit of waiting time on the service I decided to investigate what an upgrade on a newer Kia would be. Bill shallow did an estimate on my 2016 Optima and came to me to discuss the numbers. Bill was able to offer me a lease option on a 2023 Kia Sportage. I thought the car was too big initially and then I drove it, felt like a sedan while in the driver's seat, I have always driven sedans so that's what I intended to upgrade to. Bill shallow is an exceptional salesperson. I also dealt with Steven in service and he has always had excellent customer service skills. I also wanted to commend Jordan and finance for getting me out as I still had to go to work that Thursday. Everyone work together and the experience was excellent.
