The service department was very good at taking the order, letting me know the problem and scheduling and completing the work. They told me it was going to cost $1,359.00 and when I picked it up it was actual letting me know the problem and scheduling and completing the work. They told me it was going to cost $1,359.00 and when I picked it up it was actually $1,416.66. When questioned, they said I must have remembered it wrong. I am positive of what I was told. When I picked up the car, it also said it was washed and the floor mats were vacuumed. It was washed, but the rugs were not cleaned. Overall, the work was completed, but not to my satisfaction. If you say you are going to do something or quote a price. That is what should be done. More
