We worked with Steven Rivera who was so helpful and knowledgeable. We drove 2 hours to see the car and although I didn't ask, he sent a video to show me further detail on the car. He explained everything as we went through the car and the paperwork. He also spoke highly of the dealership and his coworkers. The Highlander is beautiful and so far we are very happy with it. We would do business with Simi Valley Toyota again and we would request Steven. We worked with C. Matt to complete the financing and paperwork and he was super thorough and upbeat to work with.
