It's a great car for the price. I must admit I was not happy nor excited about buying from anywhere other than CarMax. In my mind, no haggle pricing was the only way to go! The thought of having to deal with the typical car salesman, from anywhere other than CarMax. In my mind, no haggle pricing was the only way to go! The thought of having to deal with the typical car salesman, sales manager or finance manager was almost too much. I basically walked into this dealership with my guard up ready for the worst. To my surprise, it was nothing like that at all. I can truly say that the buying process at Elmhurst Toyota was as simple as could be. No high-pressure sales tactics, or bullying tactics at all. Having purchased many new vehicles in my life, and not just from CarMax, I can honestly say that this was the easiest new car buying experience ever. Not only did I not have to fight and argue with anyone, I actually felt quite relaxed during the entire process. More importantly, I paid about $250 less than I would have for the exact same vehicle (same options) at CarMax. I got my new vehicle close to invoice, so it couldn't have worked out better. Steve and Mike were really great to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone I know that's in the market for a new vehicle. Just so this doesn't sound like this is a paid testimony, or a relative of the company, I do have one negative statement to make regarding the process. Watch out for the tall, bald finance guy. He was nice and pleasant until we declined his extended warranty! Then he couldn't care less about my business, and he was quite rude to my salesman right in front of me and my wife. Extremely unprofessional!! Again, outside of the ignorant finance guy, buy your Toyota from these guys. You'll like the experience! More

I have now purchased 3 Toyota Prius cars with Steven Salidas at Elmhurst Toyota. The first one was a 2006 Barcelona red one that I traded in last May 2010. I traded for a black Pruis III ibn May 2010, working with Steven again and was very pleased. Sdaly the car was totalled due to flooding last Sat. July 24th. I called Steven asking for a favor, could he pick Me up and drop Me off at the rental car place near the dealership as I had no way to get there. He was more than happy to help me out with the ride and even waited at the rental place to make sure everything was ok before leaving. I went to the Elmhurst Toyota dealership once I had My rental and we went over what cars were available and what financing, rebates, speacial deals were going on currently. He helped Me fill out all the needed paperwork and as always went above and beyond to make things go as smooth as humanly possible. I picked up My new blue Prius V today(7-29-2010) and it is great. Steven even helped Me fax some documents to My insurance claims adjustor to help expidite some monies I have coming back from the insurance claim. Steven is just a great guy overall in My experince. Yes he wants to sell you a car, but he also takes the time to help you find the right vehicle for you and over time develops a real "relationship" with you. He truly is a freind and not just a salesman! Thanks for helping take a lot of the stress out of a tough situation Steven. More

The car buying experience I had with Steven was a pleasure. I knew what I wanted when I came in and gave Steven my requirements and he was able to meet them.
