I had been working with several area Chevy dealers after coming to need a vehicle. It’s a terrible time to *need* a vehicle. Many dealers seemed to be taking full advantage of the market and were less than coming to need a vehicle. It’s a terrible time to *need* a vehicle. Many dealers seemed to be taking full advantage of the market and were less than helpful in navigating what to expect compared to what I would like to spend $30,000+ on. Heiser stood out from every other dealer. They were very transparent from the beginning and made me feel that they truly cared about my business. I was paired with Steve who took the time to help me find the perfect in bound vehicle. He regularly reached out to me with status updates and alerted me to a few options of vehicles that were similar but closer to arrival. With not having vehicles on the lot to sell themselves, the service really has to be on par. Steve and Heiser went well above to show their commitment to their customers. I will absolutely be giving them all of my business as a result. I was delighted to tell the other dealers not only where I took my business, but why! I am now the very satisfied owner of a brand new Heiser Chevrolet. More
