I enjoyed the expereince I can honestly say this was the third Jeep dealer I went to and was treated respectfully and with no pressure. Steven Vega gave me a chance to explai I can honestly say this was the third Jeep dealer I went to and was treated respectfully and with no pressure. Steven Vega gave me a chance to explain what I knew about the 2019 Cherokee, including the Edmund's TMV price, incentives, rebates etc... He allowed me to say what I needed so that i could negotiate a reasonable price. Of course we went back and forth but in a manner that was jovial, non-insulting which resulted on an agreed, fair to both parties price. It was ready immediately once we agreed on the price but I had to pick it up the next day which was also a very nice experience. Steve personally showed me all the goodies in the Jeep. I am not writing this because I'm a friend of theirs, but I am a surprised new customer who really got a fair shake. His manager was of the same character and closed the deal with a smile. I am impressed.and will refer my family and friends to deal with this nice bucnh of sales people. Thanks again guys. More
